Woman at door with child selling chocolate bars for $1 for her son's baseball team. Baseball? Who the hell still plays baseball?

I purchased one, a Milky Way bar. Makes me think of the galaxy we inhabit. I believe there should be an Andromeda bar or a Crab Nebula bar. The entire Universe should be paid tribute.

People don't give a damn. They say they do but they don't. Sure, they're busy with the day to day stuff but none of that would be possible if the Universe didn't exist.

It may be bad - it may be good. Whatever you choose to call it it's still a part of the entirety of existence. This you mustn't deny!

If you try to outwit existence you will only end up creating more negative illusions to get caught up in. Catch yourself now before the final dinner bell is rung.

Emanations

Emanations from the stars reach down to work their healing magic upon all of us, filling all the cracks of our personal universe with hope.

Perfection

Do not try to achieve external perfection. You could drive yourself mad attempting such a feat. Instead, awaken to the perfection you hold within. Only then will you be at peace with yourself and the Universe.

Believe (Be)

Believe. Believe in great benevolent forces. Believe in Love. Believe in Friendship. Believe in Compassion. Believe in Truth. Believe in Wisdom. Believe in Knowledge. It Is The Right Time

It is the right time to let go of all that egotistical bullshit that no longer serves your well being. Why do you insist on clinging to such outlandish negativity? Why do any of us cling to such nonsense?

Perhaps there is just some kind of deep rooted insecurity within us all that has yet to be acknowledged. It makes sense when you really think about it. So much of our leisure time is spent occupying our minds with numerous diversions that don't offer much in the way of self revelation.

Of course, there is nothing intrinsically wrong with diversions. But it is our tendency to succumb to them over and over that can be quite unfulfilling. How many gadgets can one own and achieve some level of lasting contentment with? There is no real answer to such a question. There is no answer because contentment cannot come from the external world. Everything we see before us is merely a byproduct of what we see and feel within ourselves.

Now, I know you're probably reading this and not understanding most of it or just brushing it off as some sort of insane rant. It doesn't matter either way because whatever you personally believe does not change the Universal Cycle that has been at work since the beginning of the beginning. It does sound like something an escaped mental patient would say but only because our limited perspective cannot quite yet handle the unfamiliar facts of our existence.

I write these words only to inform and enlighten you. It is ultimately up to YOU to choose your own fate. All I ask is that you choose wisely and enjoy yourself.

Energy

None of us may live forever. Certainly not in one form. For if we did then all life and all energy would become stale and quite possibly destroy itself for nourishment.
We are afforded this brief existence by no mere roll of the dice. By living our lives we keep the energy flowing.
We keep the Universe alive!

Light Analogy

This light that illuminates the way for us can be found within every sentient presence. Feel it. Live it. Do not take it for granted or it will take you for granted. The light is effervescent. It is indestructible.

All aspects of human analogy can be attributed to the light. Many humans do not know of this. They do not know because they've been taught to believe in many, many superficial scenarios. But there is no one entity to place all the blame on.

Find what makes you whole and inhale it. Don't give creedence to frivolous circumstances. If others try to keep you from your passion then you must either remove them or remove yourself from such toxic confines.

The whole of the Universe is undergoing an immense transmutation. You cannot see it much but you can definitely feel it. It is pointless to deny it or try to run away from it.

All is returning to light. Everyone and everything is always heading towards light. Towards the original state of existence. Towards the origin of all origins.

Take a deep breath.... inhale it all. The light does not discriminate. The light cannot discriminate. It believes in us at all times. It knows what we are meant to be and will always support us.

Only You

 I embarked on my own spiritual journey a few years ago. Not because I was looking for answers but because I wanted to learn about what makes the Universe tick. I read a ton of books on Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and a few lesser known ancient religious sects. I ended up feeling more perplexed than ever before but then I started to take notice of everyone and everything around me. One of the main objectives of Buddhism is to be more aware of your surroundings and learn to appreciate each moment no matter what it brings. Obviously this is easier said than done but with practice it does become easier. Another thing I realized was how interconnected we all are. Everyone and everything is truly interconnected and interdependent! There is no escaping this fact. In modern society we can ignore it and deny it all we want but it does not change our interconnectedness.

 Today, I do not ascribe to any religious denomination. It doesn't mean I don't believe in a source or creator of everything. I do believe that all of the magnificent energy that created our entire existence came from somewhere. But whoever or where ever it came from will most likely continue to allude us until we are able to set aside all egoistic constructs. It is our differences that make us uniquely strong. Each of us has our own path to follow. Each of us must respect each individual journey. And whenever we find ourselves bumping into each other we must do our best to resolve whatever conflicts may arise. If no resolution can be found then we must move on.

 There's no need to complicate things. All the details are intricately laid out before us. It is just a matter of deciding what you want out of life and taking the necessary steps. During times of stress, just remind yourself that only YOU know what's best for YOU. :-)

We Are Zen

Too late, too late. Too late to give a damn. Too late to pay attention to all of the magnificent things that surround you. Forever is the ticket. Time is the enemy. No sense in working within time's disorganized frame.

We time travel on a daily basis. You could say that our entire existence is based on our ability to traverse many decades and eras. You could say a lot of things but for sanity's sake you don't.

Vapidness consumes the populace. With or without consent. Much in the same way a body of government "governs" its citizens. Have you ever examined the word citizen? No you haven't. It consists of the words 'city' and 'zen'. Yes... zen! It is within our very nature to be tranquil.

Seems as though most of us run away from our true nature. Either because it scares us or because we know what an inconvenience it can be. I am here to say that it is not, nor has it ever been, an inconvenience. Don't believe me? Fine. The least you can do is take a few minutes out of your day to ponder the state of things.

One night, not too long ago, I camped underneath a clear starry sky. I had every intention of drinking too much and passing out that night but something within me caused me to pause a minute and look up at Orion's Belt. Each star twinkled in unison. It was almost as if they twinkled just for me. Me and the entire human race.

Then I looked at the Moon and did my best to inhale it's divine glow. Why does it glow so luminously? Was there ever a time when it didn't glow? Perhaps it too glows for us. Granted, I know there is some sort of long scientific explanation as to why it glows but I prefer my own interpretation.

For you see, existence cannot exist without something or someone living within it. The Universe would not be the Universe without us. And even if it could it would not be able to be the same Universe. It would be something else entirely.

We help each other evolve in many ways. And every time we learn something or have an enjoyable experience we automatically add to the collective stream of experience. This is more than a theory.

Is it really too late to give a damn? Maybe. It still would not change our perpetual movement towards some infinite realm of enlightenment. We are human. We are zen.

Potential Reality

This "reality" we all live in is not the only one that is possible. Imagine all the unforeseen forces and energies that must pass through us simultaneously at the speed of light and faster. We need not know all of them but rest assured they know all about us. Of course, they are not physical nor flesh and do not look upon us with the same contempt as we look upon ourselves.

We believe we are inferior or superior to most. But we are all equal; inescapably equal. No human can ever maintain permanent control over another human. It is just not possible. The unforeseen want us to understand this and embrace this. But they know we must each be willing and open to such a philosophy. The upside... every being throughout the Universe inevitably comes to a profound awakening of the Heart, Mind and Soul.

Don't ever think for one micro-second that you are worthless. That is the biggest absurdity to ever be thought! We are alive because we need to be. Because existence wills it and we continue to meticulously craft it. Whatever you think reality is supposed to be there is always a brighter one awaiting us. Never stop believing in the quality of human potential.

The Natural State of Existence

Let go of Fear. Let go of Hate. Plenty of new remarkable energies are enveloping Mother Earth during this very crucial stage of Human evolution. You need not believe in anything but the wisdom within. If you do not trust your own wisdom you can rely on your heart. If you do not trust your heart... prepare to have your entire perspective blown away and changed for the better. If after you read this you still are not convinced just repeat this mantra: All will be well. All will be well. Harmony is the natural state of existence.

The Universe Speaks About Love!

Love is what binds everyone and everything. It causes great pain and great joy. As human beings our understanding of LOVE is still very one dimensional. Just when we think we understand it...we don't. It involves so much more than intimacy or romance. It also encompasses respect, self-awareness, self-confidence, compassion, empathy, knowledge, curiosity, creativity, and plenty more. Love is the root of all emotion.

The Universe Speaks!

The Universe says many things. The most important thing it wants us to know is that there is still Great Hope for mankind. There has always been Great Hope and there will always be Great Hope for our species. Even when we believe/think that all hope is gone...well...those are the moments when we are able to cultivate more Hope. There is still so much more we have yet to discover. We won't be vanishing into oblivion anytime soon. :-)

Universal Love

 Here is something I’ve been wrapping my brain around. It’s a relatively easy concept/idea/perspective to understand. If you believe in love than you should have no problem with digesting it as I have. Let’s imagine that at some point in time/space, before our Universe existed, the only thing that existed was some kind of monolithic accumulation of infinite ever-loving energy. Why was that all that existed? Well, one could not say for sure but it would make sense to believe that there was a certain point when there was no such concept as evil or good. As human beings we tend to forget that good and evil are very human concepts. There is lots of evidence to support this claim. If you were to look at a tree, any tree will do, for an hour or so then you would come to the realization that a tree is neither good nor evil. A tree is just a tree and is quite content with its existence. It does not have the need to define itself or anything else. It has no reason to believe in “good” or “evil.” Just like our own Universe has never needed to believe in good and evil in order to manifest and sustain itself.

Where am I going with this? Imagine that monolithic accumulation of infinite ever-loving energy in a constant cycle of contentment and happiness. Keeping in mind that I am using human terms to describe something that is beyond most human terminology; it is safe to assume that all of that infinite ever-loving energy could only accumulate and exist in one dimension of space for so long until it eventually had to overflow and spill into other dimensions. The best example to illustrate this would be the image of a water-balloon being filled with water until it tears open and spills water everywhere. You could say that infinite ever-loving energy was contained in some kind of cosmic balloon which contained it for as long as it was able to until it was finally stretched to its breaking/tearing point. What usually happens when a water-balloon tears open? The water spills out and onto people, plants, animals, and other objects. It makes sense that the same would happen once that infinite ever-loving energy spilled out of its own “balloon.”

What was the result of this infinite ever-loving energy spilling out into other dimensions? Our Universe (and many other Universes), galaxies, stars, planets, and Life. You may be asking, “How is it that you are so confident about this conclusion?” The reason I am so certain of this conclusion is because of one formula that has been used and proven to be accurate every single time: For EVERY action there is an Equal or opposite Reaction. Just like the bursting water-balloon causes things to get wet; the bursting “cosmic” balloon caused things to become imbued and saturated with that infinite ever-loving energy.

Why did that infinite ever-loving energy manifest into our Universe and other celestial wonders? If YOU remained in one dimension of existence for an eternity upon an eternity and then suddenly broke free wouldn’t you want to experience existence in as many dimensions and forms as possible? Of course you would! If that doesn’t explain it thoroughly enough; I encourage you to find your own answer. I’m not stating this as factual proof. This is just what happens to make the most sense to me at this current stage of my own existence.

So, once our Universe manifested from this infinite ever-loving energy and all the galaxies, stars, and planets formed; the first life forms began to coalesce and take shape. Why? Ah, yes. The most mysterious question of them all. Why are we here? Any answer I give will only be based on my own experience and speculation. In which case there really wouldn’t be any right or wrong answer. Perhaps, this infinite ever-loving energy had experienced all that it could experience from the galaxies, stars, and planets. Thus, it eventually decided it could experience so much more by manifesting into some kind of “physical” being(s) that could interact with other beings and the environment of a planet. To us this would seem like an extremely long process but to this infinite ever-loving energy it occurred instantaneously. Of course, these first life forms were microbial in size but they later gained the ability to become much more complex and eventually were able to reproduce. It makes sense that life should be able to create life.

We all know about the debate over evolution and whether or not it has any validity. I do have my own viewpoint but I prefer not to explain it, not yet. Evolution is just another one of those topics in which everyone wants to be right and there is little room for honest open-minded discussion. So, assuming that human beings are the first forms of intelligent/complex life to evolve into existence (it is very possible that we are not the first), this infinite ever-loving energy began to experience itself in many different ways. It is through human emotion that it has learned about contrast and duality. Concepts such as: Light and Dark, Night and Day, Right and Wrong, Up and Down, Black and White, and Good and Evil. It is also these very concepts that have allowed this infinite ever-loving energy to grow and expand.

I know that for most human beings it can seem almost impossible to move past any negative emotion, especially when you feel/experience it for an extended period of time. As long as you keep in mind that nothing lasts forever and everything is in a constant cycle of renewal; you will always be able to move past each period of negativity. If it weren’t for such states of negativity we wouldn’t be able to grow and evolve as a species. Try to remember a time in which everything in your life was going smoothly and you had everything you could possibly need or want. You shouldn’t have to spend too much time recalling such a memory. During that moment of contentment there was nothing to struggle against. No great lesson to be learned. There was no need to learn anything because during that moment you were probably as content as any human being can be. I’m not stating that contentment or happiness is a bad thing. I’m simply stating that once we have worked through moments of struggle, strife, depression, grievance, apathy, loneliness and a myriad of others, we tend to become much more appreciative of our contented moments. Some people would say that is the sole purpose for our existence. To become aware and appreciative of every moment we spend on this planet. In short, to be HAPPY.

How does the human condition tie into the expansion of this infinite ever-loving energy? Every time you laugh, cry, argue, write, draw, read, walk, smile, sing, dance, and love you are adding to the further accumulation and expansion of this infinite ever-loving energy. Every time you learn a new lesson and grow more as a person, you are helping this infinite ever-loving energy accumulate and expand more. There could very well come a time when this infinite ever-loving energy will accumulate so much that it will burst again and spill out into even more dimensions and manifest into more Universes, galaxies, stars, planets, and life forms. Sounds like a much better possibility than just becoming confined to a limited number of dimensions for an eternity upon an eternity upon an eternity.

There may already be some proof of this claim. Our Universe has been in a constant state of expansion since the moment it was first formed and it is believed that it will continue to expand until it implodes upon itself or is completely torn apart. I encourage you to look this up. Go on and Google the words “Universe” or “Expansion of Universe.” You will find a wealth of information. Luckily, this is not expected to happen for quite some time and probably won’t even be seriously/openly discussed for another 100 million years. Depending on whether or not the human race is still around by then.

Please remember that I am not claiming the existence of an infinite ever-loving energy is 100% factual. It is just what makes the most sense to me right now. It took me a long time to come to such a conclusion. I’ll probably come to a million more conclusions during my lifetime which will either contradict or expand on this one.

I suppose the one thing I would want people to take away from this idea/theory/concept/conclusion of mine is this: “As far as the Universe is concerned, you can do no wrong. Once its existence comes to an end, and it will come to an end, there will only be one thing that survives. Love.”
